Meet Ashley

Ashley is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown and her Masters in Social Work at Carleton University in Ottawa.

She has over ten years experience working in the social services sector including doing advocacy for social justice issues, community development, and most recently clinical therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and community based mental health organizations. She has been providing therapy and counselling to individuals and families since 2016.

Ashley is a lifelong learner and is always looking into new modalities and ways of supporting her clients.

Aside from therapy, Ashley is a writer, avid reader, gardener, and lover of the arts. She enjoys a quiet life in a rural community with her husband and two kids.
